Racks

The Racks section collects all the racks that have ever been added to your account. Like shelves, racks can be added and later edited. Racks are also a realistic representation of the layout of shelves and products as they are visible to users on the devices. 

Creating a Rack

When you click on the “Add New” button, an empty space will appear in front of you, into which you can then add the desired shelves by clicking on the “Add Shelf” button. The imported shelves can be repositioned (hold the product and place it in the desired position among the products), duplicated or deleted as desired by clicking on the selected shelf. To edit the items on the shelf, click on the “Edit” button and you will be redirected to the shelf editor.

Shelves Background

The background of the rack can be set/changed by selecting the desired image in the drop-down menu “background image”. To import an image, add it next under “Settings” > “Files.”

Rack Editor

In the rack editor, it is possible to change the parameters set in the initial step of creating a rack. To edit a specific rack, click on the edit icon in the bottom right corner of the selected tab on the home page of the “Racks” section. Once in the editor you can also delete a rack by clicking on the “Delete” button in the top right corner of the page. Similarly to creating a rack, it is also possible to go from the rack editor to the shelf editor - click on the “Edit” button located on the right side of shelf on the rack preview.
