User Management
Asset management platform serves as a centralized hub for efficiently overseeing and customizing account users, including managing their roles and permissions. This intuitive system ensures seamless control and optimization of user-related functionalities.
Users
Users section offers a facility for the creation of new user accounts and the modification of existing ones. On the first page there is a list of all registered users in the system. To create a new user, press the button ’Add New’ on the top of the page. Here you will need to specifiy following details about the user: E-mail, Username, Password, First name, Last name.
To streamline the login process, input the user’s phone number, and a unique code will be sent to their phones for verification.
To enable permission restrictions for a specific user, toggle the button on the right and proceed to specify the location you wish to restrict for that user or select the predifined role with specified permissions in the dropdown menu on the bottom of the page.
Roles
To set predifined permissions for different types of users, create user roles. Each role has speciffic predefined permission which allow or restric access to defferent location within the Agitron Connect platform. New roles can be added the same as adding users - on the button ’Add New’ at the top of the page. Once you are within role creator (or editor), tick the locations that you with to be available for that role.
