Industrial Scale

Agitron industrial scales are advanced technology designed for modern warehouses, making organization easier. In this section, you can easily see a list of all registered scales. Each of card is equiped with name, serial number, location/venue, tag as well as information about the battery percentage and connection stability. 

To open a preview of specific smart industrial scale element, press the gumb ’Open’ on the right side of the each card. This action will open similiar editor as before (Smart Label editor). 

Industrial Scale Editor

As before in the Smart label editor, it is possible to set or customize following: 

• Change Smart Label: Access the editor for another registered smart label to modify its properties.
• Use planogram: Tick toggle on to enable usage of shelf positions. When the planogram mode is activated the products and devices will no longer be connected directly. You can edit position by clicking on the “Edit Position” button on the right side of the planogram. The product and template can then only be changed over the planogram position interface.
• Use divider (000-00-00): Another toggle button will enable an option to search shelves with divider in the ’Shelf selector’ input field. This option is useful if you marked aisles, bays and shelves in any other format than xxx-xx-xx (aisle-bay-shelf). 
• Template variant: Select a template variant from the dropdown menu.
• Shelf selector: In this section, you can search for shelves to link them to the edited smart label. If the ’Use divider’ toggle is turned off, your search input should follow the format: 000000. If the ’Use divider’ toggle is turned on, use the format: 000-00-00.

Below the Industrial scale screen settings there are the four tabs. In the ’Settings’ section you will find Scale module confuguration. Here you can costumize special settings for the scale module according to your specific use case or functionality. The scale reading can be configured either based on vibrations or fixed based on an event. 

Pick & Place

Pick & place by light feature, which can also be found in the ’Settings’ tab enables users to find an industrial scale in the real space by turning on the LED light on the Industrial Scale itself. Here users can set all settings regarding this feauture (type, color of LED light and calibration offset).

To set alarms for smart Industrial scales, switch to the tab ’Alarms.’ History of all transactions can be looked throught by switching on the ’History’ tab. 

Tab ’Action button’ enables user to set the actions on the buttons located on the scales. To activate the button, move the slider to the right and choose one of the actions from the dropdown menu. LED visual feedback can be activated by ticking the box on the bottom of the action button card.
