Health Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a status of devices, basic alarms, and information about the infrastructure.

Users can access key data and status updates at a glance, facilitating a quick and efficient understanding of the system’s performance and overall health.

Each segment, in addition to providing information on devices, location, or alarms, also serves as a shortcut to the list where the elements of that segment are collected.

Devices

The Devices section on the Agitron Connect dashboard provides an overview of the total quantity of devices associated with this account.

Users can effortlessly view and manage four distinct types of devices through the Agitron Connect dashboard:

• Smart Label: The smart label segment on the dashboard provides a convenient shortcut to access a list of all registered smart labels within this account’s system. Users can then navigate to the smart label editor, where they have the capability to add or modify smart label properties.
• Smart Industrial Scale: Agitron industrial scales epitomize cutting-edge technology tailored for use in sophisticated warehouses and storerooms, elevating organizational efficiency. Within this section, users can seamlessly access a detailed list of all registered industrial scales. Additionally, the platform within the Smart Industrial Scale segment offers the convenience of registering new scales or editing existing ones.
• Smart Sensor Label: Smart Sensor labels adapt the response to environmental influences. They operate under the influence of sensors built into the device and are extremely useful when we want to create an interactive, responsive environment. The dashboard provides an overview of the total count of smart sensor labels registered in the system.
• Smart ShelfBar: Smart Shelfbars function as informative displays on the shelfbars within stores. The displays provide information on products, product groups, or any other specifically desired details. Distinguishing themselves from traditional smart labels, smart shelfbars feature longer screens, enabling the presentation of more detailed information. Furthermore, their differentiation extends to screen types: smart labels employ e-paper, whereas smart shelfbars are outfitted with LCD screens. The Agitron Connect platform facilitates the configuration and modification of Smart Shelfbar properties, providing users with the ability to customize and manage these displays effectively.
• Smart Signage: The Smart Signage section on the Agitron Connect platform enables users to add and edit digital screens which facilitate display of dynamic and interactive content. By clicking on a Smart Signage link located on the Agitron Connect dashboard, users can view the total count of registered

Infrastructure

The connectivity of infrastructure elements extends to external system equipment, establishing direct links with devices or seamlessly collaborating with them. This infrastructure comprises two essential elements:

• Location/Venue: refers to the physical space where assigned devices are situated. Clicking on the segment allows users to edit various location properties such as the name and geographical coordinates (Latitude, Longitude).
• Routers: routers play a crucial role in facilitating communication between devices, serving as a key link between the Agitron Connect platform and connected devices. To ensure the functionality of the IoT network, it is essential to have at least one router in place.

Attention

Within the Agitron Connect dashboard, the Attention section displays all alarms associated with this account. It is crucial to promptly review and address these alarms to ensure the continued optimal operation of the IoT network.

• Battery under 20%: Indicates the quantity of devices with batteries that have fallen below the 20% threshold.
• Device refreshing: Indicates the quantity of devices presently in the process of refreshing.
• Device error: Indicates the quantity of devices currently in an error state.
